Going Within: Focusing on what is important

This Covid-19 global pandemic has made me realize that this current situation is much like a time when during our busy lives, we become so overwrought that we become sick and are forced to take a break to heal. In an attempt to make sense of this virus... it appears to me that this is the same thing. The world is overwrought and is forced to take a break. The world is shutting down. All plans and activities have cancelled until further notice.

So this is the time to go within. We are now forced to stop all activity and look at our lives. We are now forced to focus on what is important. Our families, our health and our homes. Take this time, to complete projects you have been wanting to do. I’m including a list of idea triggers that might help inspire you to begin something a new while at home waiting out this virus to pass.

The current events happening around us today, this week and the last month may have you feeling anxious. I know that this Covid-19 has certainly worried myself and my family. We are currently in a lockdown. We do not have the virus, however, we have children, immunecompromised and elderly family members- so we have decided social distancing is best. To fill our time we tend to spend it online, but this can lead to more stress and anxiety. Now is the time to get back to basics. Here's a list that might inspire you to do something that relaxes you or that you simply enjoy.
